Your calculator inputs

All calculations run in your web browser. The weights, reps, bodyweights and other numbers you enter aren’t sent to our server.

To make the tools easier to use, we save a few things in your browser’s local storage: your unit choice (lb or kg), your rounding and bar choices, Simple or Coach mode, your light or dark theme, and your last 10 results. This data stays on your device. You can delete it at any time with the “Clear history” button or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Information our host collects

Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools are used, for example how often the calculate button is pressed. We never send the numbers you enter to analytics. Where the law requires it, analytics only runs after you give consent.

Advertising and cookies

We plan to fund the site with display ads, starting with Google AdSense. Ad partners may use cookies to show and measure ads. Before any ads or ad cookies load, you’ll see a consent banner where the law requires one, and we will use Google Consent Mode so your choice is respected. This page will be updated with the full list of partners when ads go live.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. Contact us at contact@one-rep-maxcalculator.online and we will help.

Children

This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data.

We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the top.
